Introduction to concrete anti-mud agent

Anti-mud agent, concrete, polycarboxylate superplasticizer

At present, due to the shortage of river sand, the quality of fine sand in concrete has seriously declined.  The soil content in the sand is high, and the interlayer structure of the soil and the high-valent metal ions such as magnesium ions and aluminum ions contained in the soil will absorb a large amount of polycarboxylate superplasticizer molecules, making the superplasticizer lose its activity, thereby improving the workability of fresh concrete.  become worse, the slump loss is faster, and it is difficult to guarantee transportation, pumping and construction.
Therefore, the high mud content in concrete will lead to the loss of activity of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, poor workability and expansion, and other adverse effects.

Anti-Mud Agent Mechanism
Clay inhibitor is essentially a small molecule adsorbent, which can be preferentially adsorbed on the surface of clay particles, neutralize the charge of clay, and reduce the adsorption of clay to polycarboxylate superplasticizer.

Performance Advantage
Improve the fluidity of concrete;
Enhance the carbonation resistance of concrete;
Improve the activity of concrete admixtures.

Application
It can be widely used in concrete for various pumping constructions such as buildings, roads, bridges, hydraulic engineering and underground engineering.
