Polyurethane sealant

Silicone sealant
Silicone weather-resistant sealant is a paste made of polydimethylsiloxane as the main raw material, supplemented by cross-linking agent, filler, plasticizer, coupling agent, and catalyst in a vacuum state. By reacting with water in the air, it cures to form elastic silicone rubber.
Main raw material: polydimethylsiloxane
Excipients: crosslinking agent, filler, plasticizer, coupling agent, catalyst

Application
Silicone weather-resistant sealant is a general term for silicone sealants used for sealing joints between curtain wall panels. Silicone sealants used for sealing doors and windows, as well as airports, highways, other roads, bridges, etc. The sealant is basically the same, and it can be used with reference to the performance indicators of the weather-resistant adhesive and combined with the actual glue joint structure.

Polyurethane sealant
Polyurethane sealant is a sealant with polyurethane rubber and polyurethane prepolymer as the main components. This type of sealant has high tensile strength, excellent elasticity, abrasion resistance, oil resistance and cold resistance, but poor water resistance, especially alkaline water resistance. It can be divided into three types: heating vulcanization type, room temperature vulcanization type and hot melt type. Among them, the room temperature vulcanization type is divided into one-component and two-component. It is widely used in buildings, squares, highways as caulking sealing materials, as well as sealing in automobile manufacturing, glass installation, electronic filling, submarines and rockets, etc.
