Raw materials and preparation
1. Sulfoaluminate cement, silica aerogel, polypropylene fiber, superplasticizer, etc.
2. Portland cement, superplasticizer, accelerator, shrinkage reducer, vitrified microbeads, fly ash, etc.
Due to the chemical shrinkage, autogenous shrinkage and drying shrinkage of the cement in the concrete during the hydration process, in order to maintain the stability of the ultra-light foam concrete volume, a shrinkage reducer must be added to compensate for the cracking phenomenon caused by the shrinkage of the concrete. Shrinkage reducers can reduce the surface tension of the pore solution and have a positive effect on controlling shrinkage.
