Anti-rutting agent is a kind of asphalt additives. It is softened due to the effect of high temperature during the construction process. The voids in the aggregate skeleton increase the skeleton effect of the asphalt mixture structure, strengthen the interaction between the mixtures, make the mixtures closer together, and reduce the permeability of the formed pavement. Reinforcement
Because the microcrystalline area formed by the polymer in the road anti-rutting agent has considerable stiffness, it is partially drawn into plastic fibers during the mixing process, and bridges and crosslinks in the aggregate skeleton to form fiber reinforcement. Existence, it forms a network in the cementitious material, which strengthens the interaction and integrity of the asphalt mineral powder cementitious system.

Cementation
The anti-rutting agent is put into the mixing pot of the asphalt mixture. At a temperature of 170~180°C, it is first softened by dry mixing with the mineral material, and then the asphalt mixing is continued. The anti-rutting agent particles and the asphalt form a cementation effect. The performance of the asphalt is improved. The softening point of the asphalt is increased; the sensitivity to temperature is reduced; the adhesion of the asphalt to the mineral aggregate is increased.

Deformation recovery
The elastic component of the anti-rutting agent has the function of elastically recovering the deformed part of the pavement at higher temperatures, thus reducing the permanent deformation of the formed asphalt pavement.

Anti-rutting agent application field
Highways: expressways and high-grade highways, especially suitable for high temperature areas, heavy traffic sections and long longitudinal slope sections;
Municipal roads: municipal arterial roads, bus lanes, etc., especially suitable for intersections and bus stations;

Instructions for use of anti-rutting agent
1. Application ratio
The dosage of most anti-rutting agents is 0.3~0.5% of asphalt mixture, that is, 3~5KG per ton of asphalt mixture. For roads, it is generally mixed with 0.35-0.4%, that is, 3.5-0.4% per ton of asphalt mixture. 4KG is enough. The traffic volume is large, the high limit is used for heavy vehicles, and the special road section can be mixed with more than 0.6%.

2. Construction technology
Since most anti-rutting agents are in granular form, they are usually used externally on site. Therefore, its use process is convenient and simple. It is directly added through the asphalt mixture mixing process:
1.When the mineral material is heated to 170~180°C, the additives are directly put into the mixing pot for dry mixing, and the mixing time can be increased by 2 to 3 seconds.
2. Add hot asphalt to continue mixing, and the mixing time can be relatively increased.
3. The quality control, storage and transportation of the finished mixture are carried out in accordance with the conventional mixture.
